@@KristopherGates I once took a 'personality test' from one of those damn Santatologists and now they won't stop sending me Christmas junk mail...even when I move house they still find me!
The fact they kept the situation on a professional level throughout the ordeal speaks volumes on the skill and professionalism of this news anchor crew team.
I love the concept of having a Christmas themed skit all about some mundane Christmas thing. Maybe next year you guys can expand this and do one on some type of favorite Christmas dessert.
No fucking way they do this. Get real and grow the fuck up! Edit: I just opened their channel page to peruse their catalog of comedy sketches, skits, and doodallies. It appears I owe you an apology for my previous comment. I'm very sorry! I hope you enjoy some of your favourite Christmas dessert even after you think you're full to the brim after your Christmas din dins but then you remember you always have a little bit of room for sweet treats traditionally consumed of the day of the birth of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ. Amen.
You could add this video and "Books" to a new playlist called "Tense situations resolved by the aggressor walking away for no reason." I genuinely love these.
This is the kind of ground breaking news reporting that the world needs right now - bipartisan, sticking to the facts, and being professional at all times is so important.
the first time you watch it’s like they’re playing into the whole ‘Santa is real’ angle and just playing it up for the wholesomeness and then it gets nuts but the second time it’s like you notice all the subtle cues that like no they are dead serious about Santa being real, and actually try to pretend to stay calm but they’re actually terrified the entire time 😂 then Santa comes! 😂😂
There are at least 3 strong sketch ideas there alone that most comedy groups would stretch to 12-15 mins of good comedy, but I'm loving the concentrated brilliance in 4 mins. Never knew which way it was going, lol!
I interned at a news station on Christmas Eve once, and it was by far the scariest moment of my life. They briefed us earlier before broadcasting, and we were given M16s. Yet, by the time Santa had arrived, he had already killed 3 of the blackwater mercenaries we had hired as exterior security.
This is amazing. I’m only seconds into this and it’s pure joy. I’m gonna get my kids to watch this with me at the same time to experience the same joy as I. 0:38
Years of training has paid off - A run in with Santa himself and you live to tell the tale. Some miracles just happen. Some miracles are man made. Well done, boys.
You’ve worked with Tony Martin and now Mick Molloy. Next step; write a sketch where you trick, Mick and Tony into appearing in the same sketch at the same time. Let’s see if you can heal their friendship after their falling out over the DVD extras of the film, BoyTown.
I love their reaction when he actually comes in. Reminds me of my children when they meet characters from T V in "real life" they are huge and very frightening.
Santa is basically a wild animal that is fun for the whole family when he's in his enclosure, but once he got out, the tamers are trying to keep everyone calm to prevent Santa from getting territorial and mauling the kids in legal self-defence

Thankfully Santa’s vision is based on movement. So glad that everyone is safe.
Stay vigilant. He will be back!
that's why you need to be asleep
It's not as simple as that. Santatologists have long suspected that he can detect cheer but the mechanisms are not well understood.

His "Ho Ho Ho" call is actually a form of echolocation. He can pick up the subtle vibrations of cheer with his beard.

This news anchor crew team is really exceptional at maintaining total profesionalism. A round of applause for the news anchor crew team.
@@dannyhaych Its really what the world needs right now in these devastatingly festive and magical times
I mean sure, there were no casualties, but it was pretty pathetic how they let him just walk out with all the hostages.
Best news anchor crew team in the biz as far as I’m concerned. (Biz is short for business)
As a customs officer, Santa's rule breaking really upsets me.
I love it when the news gets a bit naughty, bit cheeky, all in good fun, all in good fun

So impressive that Aunty Donna got the real Santa Claus to feature in their video.
can't fool me. aunty donna isnt real
Did you hear he enjoys a life of polyamory?
Haven't they done well
@@fanreymysterio619well he does have three ho's
They're obviously on his nice list
I like that Zach went for the Chris Pratt in Jurassic World defensive pose when Santa entered the studio.
this is exactly what its like to watch the news on Christmas eve
I love sketch. Sketchy sketch sketch. Here it goes down, down into my belly.
Cum!
you got sketch'd!
Num num in your tum tum
Ah guys I made too much sketch. I'm a big fuck head.
Loved the subtle Santa accidentally pulling the "push" door on the way out.
Now I want a news skit where mark is not just the weatherman but every single on-field reporter
Australian news presenters trying to convince you they have a soul and can get a little cheeky on Christmas Eve is the best part of every year
You could add this video and "Books" to a new playlist called "Tense situations resolved by the aggressor walking away for no reason." I genuinely love these.
I can’t believe Mick Molloy has been Santa this whole time 🤯 🎅
You've got it wrong there, friend, it's actually Mick Molloy has been Santa this whole time.
What was I saying there? Did I mean to say Santa has been Mick Molloy this whole time? Was I referencing another skit? ?????
This is the kind of ground breaking news reporting that the world needs right now - bipartisan, sticking to the facts, and being professional at all times is so important.
I love how Zach consistently mantains that gormless expression throughout.
Anyway, time to get on with watching this video.
Hahaha! The twist! So many laughs
i would have loved this sketch but as a professional kid i unfortunately had to go to bed so i didnt see it
Zach's "okay, okay" fucking got me man
Love that cheeky face broden makes. Gets me every time.
Zach's "Okay....okay..." was perfect!
Best part about this sketch is Perth having a top of 20 during December. Good one boys!

The transition from the weather report to the hostage situation is great lmao
Ah, brings back fond memories of watching the annual hostage negotiations over a cheeky bit of pud :')
"Hey How Good's Christmas!?" - Santa
Only Aunty Donna can get one of the biggest Aussie comedians, put them in an indistinguishable costume, and make no mention of who they are.
Broden has that Front Bar connect.
So who's in the Santa Claus outfit?

cant belive santa (who is poly) didn't give zach a bike after offering it. think zach has been a naughty boy this year.

i'm just surprised santa had time to visit the studio in between delivering presents and cucking with elves
Santa always has time for a quick goon sesh with the boys
Excuse me... cucking with elves?
Love that I could recognise Molloy from a single “Ho.”
I saw the Molloy gut.
Zack moving his pen onto his paper when the real fucking santa claus appears is true professionalism. I don't think I could have done that myself.
The calm these two keep while under such duress is incredible 💕 this why I tune in to channel 3 news over other broadcasters every day of the week

Aunty Donna is my favourite Christmas based sketch group
Yea, this skit was like listening to dubstep where I was waiting for the weird sh/t to drop
That this sketch got progressively darker is fucking golden and peak Aunty Donna.
They're so proud of each bit that they cut the presenter off just to get to the next one
just brilliant
I watched this with a bit of Christmas Pud, I had a little room left.
Very scary, glad the boys got out without scratches.
"we'll see you in the new year" so there is no news for at least six whole days?
That could have gone so many different ways. The fact that it went no way at all? I appreciate that.
So good guys 😂 thank you. We need it
Touch and go there for a moment. Glad the boys are safe.
This is my favorite sketch ever.
They were definitely shitscared when Santa arrived!
Santa said “haur haur haur.”
The most unbelievable part of this is Melbourne being 14 degrees on Christmas Day
Aunty Donna and Mick Molloy, couldn't ask for a better duo, or quad or whatever the fuck.
News just in! Santa is now crossing over New York
....
Omg...he hit the south tower
Oh.. cheeses!
I hate when news stations do this crap when they should be showing us the endless horrors of the real world like normal

Zach's lil bit of typing on an imaginary computer at the end is a masterpiece
Mark looks so natural infront of a weather forecast map
That transition from cheerful to an active shooter situation is unfortunately so realistic.
Thank God for the timecodes, I wouldn't have wanted to miss the bit where Santa comes
That was jolly good fun boys
It's wonderful to see that local news has the same high-quality journalistic standards in Australia as it does here in the States.
I've never heard "HO HO HO" in a different language before. I like that it keeps the British accent.
It's the "Okay! Okay!" for me.
I'd shit myself if Mick Molloy entered the room in a santa costume too
Such calmness under extreme duress. If ever I’m in a plane crash I hope you guys are the pilots
As someone who grew up close to the North Pole, I can confirm that everything in this news cast is accurate and true.
Same reaction if Santa walked into my house
Santa coming has changed the tone of this dramatically for me
Absolutely screaming laughing 😂😂
