Sound changes and rattles after 80KMph and you can not brake harder, my friend has broken his leg in an accident, purely for commuting in traffic and not suitable for riding on highway. Honda should launch ABS since CBS is not reliable as I said above.
If HONDA UNICORN rattles after 80 KMPH Speed and cannot brake harder, then there might be some problem in the bike and it needs to be checked why it rattles. You need to check the brakes also whether it has been worn out. Usually it doesn't happen like that. It is very very rare. Even I use this bike, but I have Not experienced such things even though I go at much higher speeds. From 2017, UNICORN is coming with Single Channel ABS since it has become mandatory according to Safety Standards of Motor Vehicles Act of India, that 2 Wheelers upto 125CC and below 125CC have CBS Brakes as mandatory and ABS as optional. 2 Wheelers above 125CC should have Single Channel ABS as mandatory and Dual Channel ABS as optional.

Well that's a BS3 model. Diff is BS4 produces lesser emissions, as it gets a canister. And Bs4 mileage is little better than BS3, and performance a tad lesser than BS3.

Abhi ke Honda bikes me chain issue solve kar diya hai.. aap apne chain ko badal lijiye, and sahi tarah se maintain kijiye.. to sound nahi aayega
