Sir aapka help cahiye thoda kya aapka no mil sakhta hai kya actually hm log new modules installed kiye or fir mapping kiye mapping to sb thik se ho gaya but abhi ek prblm ho gaya hai or prblm ye hai ki hmare yaha heat probe detector laga hai tank me logic ye hai ki agr heat detector active hota hai to Sprinkler system active ho jayega automatically or Sprinkler system ko chalu krne ke liye usme sov laga hai to CR module use kiye hai or heat probe detector ke liye CT1 module use kiya hai abhi prblm ye ho raha hai ki koi bhi heat probe act kr rahe hai to sov on ho ja raha hai jbki aaisa hona nai cahiye tank me LHS cable bhi laga hai uske liye hmlog CT1 module use kiye hai abhi LHS bhi act kr rahe hai to wahi sov on ho ja raha hai. Plz sir help me.

I have serin maual activate alarm..and it does not reset or clear
What does it mean?

If the device is activated, it won’t reset because the device is still in alarm. Make sure to reset the device like pull stations, Blow out any smokes left in the detector and put it back on. If it still doesn’t reset, take out the detector and the system will reset. Trouble will be popping up if the detector is removed, but it needs to be replaced with a new detector. Hope this helps
