few tips for if it’s not working: 1. Like he said, the farm needs to be 150+ blocks away from any VILLAGER. if it’s not working look to see if any villagers are roaming near and kill em. the farm can be near a village as long as all the villagers and profession blocks are gone 2. make sure there’s no green villagers in your farm, kill them if there are they’re useless 3. check to see if golem are spawning on the ground if you might’ve not built it high enough, if they are just place leaves over the entire ground to stop golem spawns there. you can’t stop the string and roses from dropping but if you want you can easily make an item sorter with a dripper hooked up to a block of lava that burns everything but the iron, and then with the new crafting block you can use that to convert the iron into blocks to save space and time

Have to be in the same chunk for it to function. Personally I just stand next the chest where the hopper is in this litttle AFK chamber and I’m racking in iron. It actually works. For me I had some issues since I have a Villagers breeder right next to it lmao but I must admit it still works, you gotta place cobblestone slabs at least 7 blocks out from the top of the farm where the bushes are and on the bottom of the farm place bushes on the ground to make the iron golem only spawn up top in the area.

Copy your world, go into spectator mode on the copied world, and see if theres any caves below where a golem has spawned. If so, you may need to place slabs in the caves to prevent the golem from spawning there
@MegaBlackwidow82 i would recommend going over every step because you definitely had to miss something. I've made multiple farms recently with no issues at all.
Are they all in the same place? Golems spawn underground in caves if you’re too close. Check 30-40 blocks in all directions to see if they are spawning outside your farm. Also can’t be too close to village
I don’t understand.. Golems were spawning like crazy while I was building it. Couldn’t get them to get out of my way. Soon as I build the whole thing they just stop altogether
It works but it’s really slow, and the iron isn’t going into the hopper everytime, sometimes I have to go in the water and pick up the iron from infront of the campfires
I made this exact farm on two different worlds, works great on the one that's creative and it's buggy on the 2nd world which is survival. I built it over the ocean over 150 blocks from any other villagers. I've had to modify the design to make the villager space larger. As fixing it requires breaking all the work stations and the beds, and laying them back down so the villagers can access both. Not sure why it's different for my two worlds, I'm on Bedrock Xbox. But figured I'd share my fix.
This farm only works during the day... the iron golems don't spawn at night because the villagers need to be sleeping for them to spawn at night. Which they can't They spawn during the day because the villagers need to be at their work benches during the day, which they can be.
Bro... first iron farm that has worked in bedrock for me. TIPS: I made mine close to my base so lots of open slabs. I recommend doing it pretty far away. If you mess that up, no prob just throw leaves down on all the surrounding blocks until the golems stay in the designated area.
Build a little block room directly next to the farm, fill it with 5 tamed cats, and make it so they sit and stay. That will remove the spawning of more cats.
after some troubleshooting, HELL YEAH! It's amazing, I tried other iron farms but this is the one that works! For those who are having problems, answer my comment, I went through many issues before success, so I might help!
@@lucasrodriguez1501 it took a while, I had to build a stair made of dirt from the water level y=62 up to y=120… after once on the top I just put 2 blocks of water and I took them up with the boat
You can do it directly on the ground if you make an area around the farm with anti mob spawn blocks, and make sure there is no cave under the farm. So you can make your base near the farm.
If your farm is not working in survival make sure you follow all steps in the video, ALSO MAKE THE BEDS ACCESIBLE I spent hours trying to find the problem but that's all it is!
it isnt working for me and ive checked if i have 20 villagers, if im 48 blocks above the ground and atleast 150 blocks away from a village but once i put the water thing ontop of where the villagers are it doesnt spawn anymore
Question: do you have to be afk near the farm in order for the farm to work or can you roam around your world and the farm is still able to produce iron?
Did you know you can run 5? of these at once? In Minecraft bedrock, max Simulation Distance is 12 chunks, just enough to separate the villagers. You can have a central farm, with branches 150 blocks in each direction. Good luck getting it to feed into one place, but 5x this production is INSANE
I’ve built the farm and cats are spawning just fine but no golems are do I need to wait for all of the villagers to grow up before golems spawn or did I mess up somewhere
This was the first farm i tried that truly worked well. IDK if i would call it the easiest though... the fact that it had to be 150 blocks away from any villages and 48 blocks in the air made it really REALLY hard to transport villagers to my farm. I tried to build a water elevator and it just ended up killing my villagers I worked so hard to bring over. I ended up cheating and just spawning in two villagers. In hindsight, some tips I would have for anyone trying this farm are: -building it over the ocean is 100% a must. It means if you fall off your farm, you don't insta die. It also makes transporting villagers by boat much faster. building it exactly 151 blocks away from a village on a beach or river will probably be the most time efficient in terms of quickly transporting villagers. -If you use a water elevator to bring up your villagers, make sure you're using soulsand to ensure it works quickly. If the villager goes up slowly, it will drown. Or just make a multi-level elevator with chances for the villager to breathe if you want to play it safe. Regardless, the water elevator is very helpful to get up to your farm. -sometimes the hopper doesnt pick up some of the iron and i have to go inside the farm to get the iron that gets stuck in the fires. -watching 1upMC youtube videos is a great way to pass the time while AFK-ing at your iron farm. CONTINUED OBSERVATIONS - if you mess up the number of beds, workstations, or villagers, golemns will no longer apawn. make sure you have exactly 20 of each and that all the villagers are linked to a station.
i built this farm no elytra honestly all you need to do to transport the villagers up to the sky safely my best tip is to use a boat and lead the villager in the boat will fly up with you and u can aim them in :) (i used scaffolinding)

x3 hoppers
x3 soul camp fires
x5 slab
x20 beds
x20 workstations (fletching)
x1 lava bucket
x1 water bucket
x3 signs
x27 leaf blocks
x1 chest
x1 torch

(yes ive checked and killed any golems in the cave)
Golems weren’t spawning but just waited a little bit and then it started working but what distance do you have to be for the iron farm to work?
Same
Have to be in the same chunk for it to function.
@@Pinksteerm little update, I did some tweaking and if you want it a little more efficient don’t build next to a breeder lmao. You have place a lot of bushes everywhere get like 20 stacks and place it all around the farm by 10 or 15 blocks out on the ground and it’ll literally force the iron golem to spawn in the area. This is only if you wanna build it on the ground and not in the air.
Is good to kill the campfires so the cats live? Or do cats not affect the golwm apawn rate? Im getting 1 golem about every 2 minutes
On survival how am I meant to get villagers that high ???
I used a bubble elevator and that seemed to be the best way. Only took about 2 hours total till I had 20 villagers all in the box. Just bring 2 up the elevator and breed em.
I did with mincarts

Brilliant tutorial! Works a treat and is amazingly efficient.
This is probably the only iron farm I’ve build that actually works. Been 20 mins and I’ve already gotten a stack of iron. Tip: make sure u don’t build this near mountains and any caves
Also make a distance from village upto 100 blocks
Hey 1up this is adeptgaming5010, I just stumbled back on ur channel while finding this farm for a world with my friends, good to see your channel doing well.
If there are too many villager the gollemn wont spaw i kelled a fe and it started working
Omg you jus saved me ty
Yooo it works 🙏 I just spent the last four hours making this im so happy
It started working heck yeah 🙏 an your comment section think I had to wait a game day or two thank you so much week of fiddling finally to an end
It works! Thank you! Although i spend all the time trying to move villagers up other than that it is working and super easy to build
How did u get them up there? I'm having trouble pls help
@@Not_Toxic_Raf i think theres an easier way to do it but the way i do it is making a way up and pour some water so its kind of like a river? Then just drag the 2 villager all the way up in a boat with a lead

What did you do

@@ethanrichards689 I built a massive staircase with walls up there and painstakingly transported 2 villagers up there using boats and water buckets, the problem was that the villagers would just jump out of the boat and over the walls and manage to miss the water I placed down 😭 this took about 2 hours considering the village was so far away

I’ve tried 5 diff farms an I can’t get a single golem to spawn in any of them I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong
Copy your world, go into spectator mode on the copied world, and see if theres any caves below where a golem has spawned. If so, you may need to place slabs in the caves to prevent the golem from spawning there
@@garrettwiley2172i did that stull nothong spawned is it not possible on ps4?
@MegaBlackwidow82 i would recommend going over every step because you definitely had to miss something. I've made multiple farms recently with no issues at all.
Are they all in the same place? Golems spawn underground in caves if you’re too close. Check 30-40 blocks in all directions to see if they are spawning outside your farm. Also can’t be too close to village
Thank you this is the first iron farm I made that actually works
I don’t understand.. Golems were spawning like crazy while I was building it. Couldn’t get them to get out of my way. Soon as I build the whole thing they just stop altogether
Same
Tysmm! it workksss i was frustrated at first thinking that it didnt work but when i came back there was tons of iron!
It started spawning cats instead of golems, so I saved 10 of them in room near villagers, and now it spawning only golems.
How did u get the cats in a room
@@laurentius848 tame and make them seat, then just push in by going back and forth.

Almost thought it didn’t work but after a day it worked perfectly!!! Thank you so much!!!
It works but it’s really slow, and the iron isn’t going into the hopper everytime, sometimes I have to go in the water and pick up the iron from infront of the campfires
Mine works pretty fine, about a stack every 15m
Add hoppers flowing into the existing ones, in place of the blocks that the items keep getting stuck on!

Does it need soul campfires or do normal ones work??
Edit : didnt get to that part of the vid when i commented this 💀💀
In the video, he says that normal campfires also work.. but it will deal less damage than the soul ones.
They can't sleep brother the bed is under the work bench, maybe you just made the iron farm wrong
@General_Halfling you misread his comment
Bro... first iron farm that has worked in bedrock for me. TIPS: I made mine close to my base so lots of open slabs. I recommend doing it pretty far away. If you mess that up, no prob just throw leaves down on all the surrounding blocks until the golems stay in the designated area.
WHEN CATS SPAWN IRON GOLMS DON'T DIE
How do you fix it?
Build a little block room directly next to the farm, fill it with 5 tamed cats, and make it so they sit and stay. That will remove the spawning of more cats.
Awesome build, works great for PS5 and PC. Thanks!
can we just build it on the ground or does it have to be in the sky
its to make sure that the golem don't spawn elsewhere and to increase their spawn rate, so I mean you don't have to but it's highly recommended

@@slimjiterry describe what you did different from the video
You can do it directly on the ground if you make an area around the farm with anti mob spawn blocks, and make sure there is no cave under the farm.
So you can make your base near the farm.
Always Good;
What distance can you afk from for the farm to still function?
Like can I build my mob grinder close by and afk both at the same time?
Chunks have to be loaded in, so you can’t leave the farm
the golems arent spawning
Not enough villagers or work benches, or the golem spawned in a cave underground if you built it on ground and not in the air

If your farm is not working in survival make sure you follow all steps in the video, ALSO MAKE THE BEDS ACCESIBLE I spent hours trying to find the problem but that's all it is!

Question: do you have to be afk near the farm in order for the farm to work or can you roam around your world and the farm is still able to produce iron?
You have to be in render distance
Did you know you can run 5? of these at once? In Minecraft bedrock, max Simulation Distance is 12 chunks, just enough to separate the villagers. You can have a central farm, with branches 150 blocks in each direction. Good luck getting it to feed into one place, but 5x this production is INSANE
I got so much iron tysm this was literally the only iron farm that worked for me
I’ve built the farm and cats are spawning just fine but no golems are do I need to wait for all of the villagers to grow up before golems spawn or did I mess up somewhere
All villagers need to be adults and 75%(I think) need the have jobs and have worked in the last day
This farm works great, thank you
This was the first farm i tried that truly worked well.
In hindsight, some tips I would have for anyone trying this farm are:
-building it over the ocean is 100% a must.
CONTINUED OBSERVATIONS
- if you mess up the number of beds, workstations, or villagers, golemns will no longer apawn. make sure you have exactly 20 of each and that all the villagers are linked to a station.
i built this farm no elytra honestly all you need to do to transport the villagers up to the sky safely my best tip is to use a boat and lead the villager in the boat will fly up with you and u can aim them in :) (i used scaffolinding)
