Just note, this data is only e2e encrypted at the time you activate the option and going fourth. The data could still have been harvested at any time before hand.
Assuming that you lost access to the device. How will you proceed in restoring the data? BTW, my samsung A15 has an option on change recovery code at the bottom and the encrypt synced data option just enabled it without generating a recovery code. Weird implementation on phones. There is also no option in my S7. You should have advised what phones/tablets are compatible or what android version is this applicable - Oneui6??

It all depends on the legislation in your country. In my case, Romania, the European Union. I have S22 with both options. But we don't have Good Lock because of Samsung.... And we don't have romanian language for AI because of... Samsung 😂

He's using Galaxy S24 Ultra running One UI 6.1. Your Galaxy Note 9 doesn't support One UI 6.1 so these security features aren't available to you

So, why didn't you enable those features when they were so great and show us what it looks like in Samsung Notes when you enable them?

In order to use/utilize it you have to be signed in to your Samsung account. My phone seems to work just fine WITHOUT it doing that.
When I tap enhanced security data I only get the enhanced synced data and not the other tab.

It uses the same key for both, it only asked for a key again because you didn't encrypt backup data.
