I like how in geography a case study is Teeside and how it a bad area with high rates of poverty and very low job prospects. This shows how no matter were you are from you can make a career you will remember. Which is why when i leave school i will hopefully join the navy and make a career i will remember.

What are those two ranks doing at the top of the conning tower at that point? Non stop arm wrestling guys, looks fun but after a while and the months underwater it can get a bit painful.
You'll be too busy to spend much time in the mess. If you want a chance to travel to a limited scope of areas join the A or T boats .... V boats mean you go down and stay down till you're back alongside.
Would be cool to see the dreadnought class once it's out though.
If you join bombers, you'll be part of the longest military operation CASD, you'll also learn about the whole boat (so the missile section) and get a bombers badge in conjunction with your dolphins to make the skimmers jealous.
The Royal navy is the senior service, alongside the lord of admiralty of the time , the Royal navy invented and designed the first MKS of landships to fight on the Western front and push back Germanic forces. They would also be called Tanks.
The best in terms of career prospects to join would be the MESM branch. 2nd WESM but choose whatever fits your ideals. You also get free lectures on alchohol, drugs and diversity periodically,oh and urine samples taken so you know your work colleges are professionals.
