I've been meaning to tell you for awhile...you remind me of a sort of female Bob Ross of Junk journals. I am always half expecting you to say, "happy little pages." =D And I mean that as the highest compliment. My mother adored him when I was a teenager and would coo over him. He always seemed so kind and gentle. That is you, so soft spoken and relaxing to watch, and conveying such kindness and gentleness. =) I think that is why people are drawn to you. But shhhhhh, don't tell Leo! Because he really is a big star in this show. =D Love your creations and always want to create along with you. TFS! =)
this video came back in my feed after 5 years…so much happened since then …so happy to glimpse at Leo again 😪 that’s how I knew it was an old video but enjoyed watching it again.❤️
Having so much fun with these booklets, envelope and folder videos...thanks for them...I agree with the Bob Ross comparison...I know a watercolor artist David Smith from Minnesota and he is a big Bob Ross fan...never thought about how he is gentle and soft spoken too...love your videos ❤️
Wow,,, how awesome 👏🏾 are your booklets. I love flowers & the botanical pages are gorgeous. TFS. I must find beautiful botanical pages from somewhere very soon. Tomorrow 😊
Oh, Wendy, this is a great video of ideas. I love your way of walking us through this process. I will be looking for more of your ideas. Thanks for sharing with everyone. HUGS!
I really love your tutorials! And I don’t mind you having to remind your animals to behave. :) it makes you just ... real. You explain things well, and it sure is appreciated. Thank you for sharing your wonderful talent with us all. 😁👍🏻💜📚
I've used the same book of herbs in my latest botanical vintage journal. I've just finished a series of 10. Your journals here are stunning. Adorable. ❤️👍✨
I am never disappointed when I watch your videos!! I am definitely trying these and will tag you on IG! Thanks for all the great ideas- you're a WONDERFUL teacher!!
I love these. It's going to take me awhile to catch up. But that's what I said about Tracie Fox's videos. I was able to catch up on hers. I really enjoyed the books that you made.
When you placed that that yellow and green butterfly down on the front I actually said do it out loud. lol They are beautiful but that one by far was my favorite. You and your work are so inspiring. Love you kitty cat too he seems like a very loving fellow.
This was a delight. Wishing for a snow day so I can play, but I think a Monday holiday will have to do. Leo might have been sulking, but I glimpsed his paws at the beginning!
Love your work and your brilliant ways of seeing things and teaching. So much fun to see your videos and see what you are going to come out with. Love your cat Leo and dog Stella too, they make it a bigger adventure as well. Lol
Thank you for sharing all of your wonderful ideas! This little booklets are so pretty. Great way to use up all those bits and pieces of leftovers from other projects.
These booklets are lovely and I love your soothing style and voice. I just subbed, I want to see what else you do. Stella sounds like my two doggies who are dealing with a jack rabbit that has decided to take up residence in my yard.
Wendy, another wonderful idea. These would be great for little thank you gifts, especially during the upcoming holiday seasons. Keep the ideas coming. Love all you are doing! And thanks for sharing.
Thanks Wendy for this awesome video, I was wondering how you put your pages together, now I know! Wanted to share with you that sometimes when I'm building an original Vintage style card, and maybe the ribbon that I am wanting to use is too new and store bought looking...I take my Vintage photo ink and lightly apply to my ribbons or lace, to make them look aged and tattered/worn/yellowed from age....I love gingham and often I "tea stain" it with my distress inks!..I even like it if it looks like it is smoky, from maybe having been saved from a house fire or something... just thought I'd share that tip with you...Love to Leo ...thanks again.
love it ,love it,love it💕 !!!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful ideas. You are so talented !! I shared your video with all my friends on Facebook. 😊
Another cute idea Wendy and a great way to use up all the extras from projects! I can see one of these booklets done with vintage Christmas images for the cover with a bit of buffalo check on the spine which could be used to jot down all those Christmas gift ideas, meal plans etc. Thanks so much for sharing the “how to”. By the way, I love hearing “life” happening in the background. 😊
So beautiful, I'm just getting into journals/tags/pockets etc, they fascinate me. I have watched lots of your videos on here with tips and I love the end projects! Thankyou for sharing you have certainly got me hooked on this talent! Hugs from the UK 💕🌹💕🌹
