Yeah, that's right (tool-assisted speedrun won't be too reliable for this). It seems the main game's objectives are one of the following: A. Destroy the enemy's side before timer runs out. B. Making sure that your team has higher remains than the enemy's side when the overall time is over. And there's no campaign or something (unlike Cybersled / Cyber Commando); also no high score ranking, just for pure fun with or without multiplayer support.
