Im 27 now and during my college days i beat Kohima fitness arm wrestling 2nd runners up champion and took the first place during sports and since then i never play again. Sometimes, i really wanna try out all these events im seen on TH-cam but i never heard of all these happening around me.
Neli, you have prowess strength and stamina. Your endurance is amazing. Just that you need to focus more on muscle building and enhance bone density in order to save yourself from unwanted injuries. Way to go brother 💪
