You must have an XNA subscription in order to use it, which sadly isn't possible anymore. In videos after this one, Bravo used both Xbox footage for the backgrounds, as well as footage from the Wii version (using an emulator) with the note charts, also set to auto-play.

Essentially, for the preview the custom was converted to a format that can be used in this mode, so that the notes can be hit in the preview. I never claimed this to be an "FC" video, only that it was a preview, so people can see what it looks like in-game. So pointing out that it's a bot playing it feels a bit redundant.
