Dear audiences, we need to support this guy as much as possible. 1. We would never know what we are being fed by these companies if this guy didn't research and bring us these videos. 2. These companies are either gonna try to corrupt him, bribe him, deny him access for shooting future videos or defame/discredit him somehow. 3. Our support is the only way he can continue doing what he is doing with integrity.

refined oil = cold-pressed oil + NaOH+ Sulphuric acid + filtration (its looks very bad once you see it with your own eyes but the lab tests show that the trace of harmful chemicals is under the acceptable limit. best is to use cold-pressed oil but you cant use it for everything).

Keep doing the great work and sharing information. It's definitely needed for people to know not sure how we can create awareness and go back to old process. Thats why they say eat what is grown locally as nature makes crops and cultivates things around you as per the health and weather climate of that area. Thats why folks in South eat more rice and coconut oil vs in north they eat more wheat and other oils.

aap ki is video ki jaankari defatted soy flour tak toh theek thi. Chunks banane ke liye, soy atte mein milakar gole nahi banaye jaate, balki soy atta aur paani ke saath high temperature ‘extrusion cooker’ [ google pe check kijiye] mein se uska protien ka physical reform ‘ denature ’ (chemical nahi) ho ke soy chunks tayyar hote hai . Isko TVP yane texturised vegetable protein bhi kehte hein. Jaankari toh badi lambi ho sakti hai, lekin abhi itan hi kaafi hai.
