something to take into consideration is that crucible is also a great way to get teal gear too. im not too sure how it compares to the amount you get from doing doom 3 but there is a lot of teal gear to be had there. and wakanda, unlimited, and tangled, all teams that you mentioned you weren't going as hard on, will help you out immensely in crucible which will mean more teal gear.
The rewards between leagues is actually not that much. You can cruise right along in crucible and still pull in plenty of teal gear without investing in the crucible squads.
Don’t think most people have bionic that look like that unless you think everyone is dolphin level spending. That aside, my concern is their sustainment outside of raids. No energy train. Hopefully enough burst damage to nail down node 5 and 10
I think people are way too focused on trying to top the leaderboards in the scourge, considering we get these events a handful of times each before the apocalypse saga. Plenty of chances to build up stars on the horseman characters just through milestones.
He's a very good character, even though he's been powercrept. I would focus on Darkhold and at least Spider Weaver before focusing on Doom, as he would eat into your mystic gear.

I understand you want mutant gear for deathseed but you will have to bring up uxmen for apocalypse just like deathseed so they all gotta go teal gear

I’m aware of milestones and max them out FTP with some light spending mixed in. 5/6 on viv, 5/5 on buster, 4/6 on deathlok
