Same, and it’s absolutely bullshit. Sony sucks on an unbelievable level. I haven’t been able to access PlayStation Store since fucking April. Literally everything else on the console works fine. Regular internet, fine. Offline/online gaming, fine. Literally any function on it works except Heaven forbid I attempt to go into PlayStation Store. Every time you I just get “An error has occurred.” But no error code or anything. It’s pathetic really. Damn near feel like I’ve had money stolen from me because I had a game that I paid extra for a season pass on and it’s released a ton of extra content that I can’t download or use. Tried restoring default settings, rebuilding database, simply restarting, turning off internet connection and then turning it back on. Literally tried everything you see in every one of these videos and nothing. Been with PlayStation since the PS1. Well that shit is about to change. When the day comes that I upgrade consoles again, I’m looking into getting the new XBOX. Sony’s lame ass damn near criminal antics lately from updates that crashed thousands of consoles to now random errors with no explanation all while continuing to try to act as if they know nothing about it or are somehow absolved of all blame. Never getting any money from me on one of their crappy overrated consoles again.
@@Straightouttapocket I've had this problem for over a month and nothing worked but I figured it out. Go to your Settings click on Date and Time, then click Date and Time Setting, then click Set Using Internet, then click Set Automatically then under it click Set Now and it should be working now.
