If you are using Divi for your website, you already know there is no carousel feature. Some other developers create dedicated modules that allow you to create a specific type of carousel, but all the content of each slide is limited to the input fields of that custom carousel module. but how can I have stacking with it. your demo site shows one? ie having a text module below an image module but is connected together? can you show how? also how to have have a read more button trigger a text pop up rather than link to a page with this slider plug in? ET has blog post with code for doing that but I'm wondering about if it works with this or if you have another tutorial you can do to show how to work that with this slider.

Awesome functionality except looks like it doesn't have Cover Flow effect... Add this to the list of every divi plugin that is missing the 1 thing I need it to do.

Actually yes it does have this! Various scroll effects like slide, fade, flip, overflow, etc.

I have never tried animations, but in general, anything that works in Divi will work in the carousel since our plugin is simple making your content into the carousel.
