Ryobi blower $20 - pull cord fix

Starter pulley part number 521316001 was used to replace discontinue (or unavailable) pulley part number 521316002.

Thank you for the video. I did order this part. I was able to replace. Had to watch more than 1 video to acquire more information when taking apart and putting back together.
