Yea i like it its longer than the original stones which will always be the real killer. Great guitars great band always have dug the black crowes for thier covers of RS hits ..... You can get a workout trying to play along with these guys .
The Crowes are the only group I've ever seen live/heard in general that cover Stone's songs with any semblance of justice. Torn and Frayed w/ Marc Ford back in the day was fantastic. This is great too. You can definitely tell that Rich was a student of Keith Richards. :)
These jams alive and very well!!! Hugs y'all. Message cut out on first part...lol..so I finished it on comments...probably no one will see this...just saying I'm not a moron.....lmao
yes, Page, Stones, good old country blues....they are my go to band for getting down with class and great musicianship....and one of the top 5 drummers in rock history, just sayin'.
If not for the in-fighting between the Robinson brothers, the Crowes should’ve been the American Stones. Bluesy Soulful Southern Gospel sound. After MTV killed the music industry with crap that would’ve never made it on the air waves without video money, the Black Crowes gave us back to basic blues r-n-r.
I always thought after hearing this stones song, that the chorus influenced the chorus on My Morning Song, and now i ve seen there covered it, im guessing im right.
Man they are the only band who can sound like the stones with their own style, the tribute bands for the stones can jam but the front men are kinda cringy, only mick can pull the shit he does and make it look somewhat bad ass..
the black crowes should be the only band allowed to cover stones songs they do such a great job doing it
JAMESPAGE340 I totally agree and Zeppelin too
They got the "raunchy blues vibe" down to do it, for sure.
I agree..I can understand every work..not like Mic...
They definitely made this song their own. I'm a diehard Stones fan but this is just pretending outstanding excellent!

I saw them yrs ago open for Robert Plant in Ottawa
Check them playing "Oh Sweet Nothing"
Plant should open for them; old shrieking blues-rapist.
❤TBC❤
jesus, this sounds better the original! is that possible at all?
'better than ... ' it should read
:54 to 1:04 flat AF!
AWFUL! everything else rips.
too bad they've broken up
the house-band did okay w/Jimmy Page too
Can match the riff but Chris can't get the Jagger howl.
Dont try and cover perfection. You just embarrass yourself.
