Rappelz Underworld - Ancient Gear Crafting/Upgrading V2

Since I've changed the requirement for crafting ancient gear to extreme Power, and also added an option to increase pet gear as well
- I thought it might be time to make an update about it.
The system has a limitation on the maximum increasement on each stat depending on your level/your item's rank.
