The main reason i got decent gross was because of the mileage. Every day we made sure we had a load and we would do 6 days to get the 1500-1800 gross. After our hometime we would run a Utah trip first and be back the next day in time to go straight to Arizona. Sometimes we would do something local but only when issues from other loads made us. Another cool thing was the $10 we got bonus for every store we would do because some days we got 3 stores others we got 5 and thats an extra $30-$50 a day just on stores alone. Not going to lie it was stressful in a way because there where some times you had to drive over night and not much of a gap to pull over and take a rest even though we got proper sleep before.

I don't care to do videos but if I did, I'd give the whole picture. You only gave one piece, the pay without saying if you are hourly or on mileage pay. Sounds like you are a regional driver in the southwest. Okay so you get paid but what are you paid for, specifically? If I were to come over there what exactly does it take to make over $1000 a week in weekly mileage detention layover breakdown?
You’re right. I am a dedicated team driver. Daily loads are between team is anywhere from 700(Arizona)-1300 miles(Utah) of course we drive ALOT for .316cents. Each store we get an extra $10 usually do 2-4 stores daily and sometimes backhauls. Although I know the cents per mile isn’t the best even on our slow work week we make over $1k after taxes
@@Dr3amxHonors Sounds like you work your ass off for that 31.6 cents per mile. If your willing to work that hard, imagine what you could be making at a higher and more reasonable rate. Knight/Swift I'm sure have regional routes out there among others no doubt. So why do you do work for peanuts? At least 50 cents per mile seems more reasonable which should be easy to get.
@Andrew yep you're probably right. Contracts in exchange for training, ain't it though some have no other option. I think state work force offices pay for training usually, but people may not be aware of that option.
You really should go more in detail on why your checks are that good. People will go there thinking their checks will be like that. I worked at cr England. The pay is nothing to brag about.

@@lorenameza906I'm having trouble understanding your comment. Do you recommend school or not?
Does that depends on how long the trip is? Im new and want to start with CR england … what are your recomendations
I’m wondering about local/regional for CR too.
I have an interview coming up, any tips?
If I use your reffal can you cut me off so I can have a good starting ground ?
I appreciate you man im starting january 10th and i definitely would like to know when do they do your hair folocule test is it once you arrive or random

Does CR England have somewhere u can park your personal car while you're otr?
Yes the terminal in Colton California has short and long term parking it is secured only employees can go in and out. I believe Salt Lake City Utah terminal has the parking as well.
Good question I was wondering about personal vehicle parking spots hit me back on the parking your vehicle
where did you take your cdl test at was it at the dmv or at the fontana school
I took both the permit test and driving test in the Fontana school. They gave us options for the permit because we could have done it at the dmv aswell

quick question do they pay you while being at school?
No they don't. They'll provide you a bed 🛏️ but you have to take Your own money for food expenses
Honestly, I been considering of becoming a truck driver, is it worth it? A mentor then own operator. I really want to open a security company here Cali.
It could be. Just like any other establishments, it matters on your effort.
Why you gotta ask. Being a doctor worth it lol

Do they really do hair follicles testing?
When I attended the school I was one of the “lucky ones”. I took the pee and hair test. Not everyone takes it but it is random.
How far back do they check for? I've been clean for a while now but I want to make sure I'm past the limit. I heard it was a year and also heard 3 months.
@@primeoverflow don't take any chances. One positive test result and that's the end of trucking for you. I've never had that concern so I have no idea how long a substance will remain detectable in your system.
Thanks for the comment...I won't. I do want to drive for CRE but I don't want to miss out on the opportunity to get into trucking while the getting is good either. I'm going to hold off until next year so I know I'm good.
@@primeoverflow to play it safe I would say go getting tested for your own personal self. Probably gotta pay for it but it'll take out the guessing of will I come out clean. Honestly though depends on your usage and what kind of drug. I had use 2 weeks prior and still came out clean.
I’m thankful and grateful if I’m making $1000 a week. I got off the road for about 4 months and ended up in a warehouse ( Genesis Logistics) working in a -10 degrees freezer for 12 hours!
