Huge place, but Im not so sure I like the buffet setup. You went to Luxe seafood and they had the back of the buffet by the kitchen, so the cooks could easily refill the buffet. Same with golden corral. Hell, even Iron Skillet has the buffet set up so the cooks have easy access to it. Here the food is like in these little buffet "islands" and the cooks have to navigate through the guests to fill the buffet. Regardless, food looks good, thanks JBG.
