I looked it up. The Japanese creme croquettes are made with bechamel and can be filled with crab,shrimp, corn, etc then coated and deep fried. Being a Southerner that sound right up my alley. 😋

I like your idea of keeping your ice in a flask. It keeps colder longer. I started doing that when I go to my office once a week. There no restaurants open nearby. Your cold noodles looked refreshing. The croquette sandwich looked delicious.
