Jimmy I’m planning on building a dust Crete home and also have a fire trailer ready to go. I’m concerned about inside air supply. In a fire situation. Have you any thoughts on this?

Hi, thanks for commenting. I guess the air supply would depend on the interior volume of the home but you'd have to get professional advice on that. We don't plan on staying to defend the property but figure if we're stuck and can't get away we may as well be set up to try.

We live in the exact type of location as you except we are next to a 125,000 acre national park in the USA (northern TN). We are at the end of a one way in & out country road. QUESTION: I am curious as to why you feel the need to sprinkle a metal roof? Good system you have in place; Thanks for the video. One small channel here - I subscribed to yours. Tim

Hi, thanks for commenting. The idea is to wet the gutters and the ground and gardens around the house as most fires ahead of the fire front are started by embers blown ahead of the actual fire. I've seen houses lost when a fire has passed nearby as embers set fire to leaves and debris in the gutters. I hope you enjoy my other videos too.
