Regarding the trolls thing, I think hasan doesn’t have the same space as Charlie, Charlie can react to trolls but has less people trying to take him down, while hasan will have so many people that will just jump on the hate train and it’s not quite the same on how much hate hasan would get vs Charlie.

dude tipping for uber eats has gotten insane, tbh i dont think it shoudl scale with your order really, like if i spent $40 on chinese for my roommate and i, it's really not much more work for the driver than a $20 order or a $100 order. why do we tip uber drivers the same way we tip servers at a restaurant who refill drinks have to have a longer interaction, bring out the food, clean up tables/ serving area and all that. it doesn't make sense to me. but also it scales on not only your order but also on all the mark up's that uber has put in there..... so the tip is even higher than you would see at a restaurant. and not only that but uber wants the tip before the order gets there.... like i've had people beliver to the wrong apartment before and all that.

If you provide exceptional service, you'll get 30-45%. If you're walking past my table when I'm trying to ask for something, or otherwise not doing your job, you're getting 5-10%.
Tipping as a bonus is good, tipping being the main way for waiters to make money is bad. In Norway we don't have the same push to tip because the waiters are paid a living wage, the tip though comes in when you feel like they did an outstanding job, usually the tip people get in restaurants go to a communal pool for the restaurant staff to get as a bonus.
There isn't really a tipping rule here in the UK, i mean yes you should tip at a restaurant but it doesnt tend to matter how much - no one's gonna get offended
