The clone absorbed ticks of the heal when it was being generated. Just like heal spirit.
And since the amount of battle healers are so much, the heal ticks are so many, which makes it very easy to heal and save the clone

This video was the video that made me realize the battle healer can increase the clones max health, I don't know if battle healer heals all clones, but it can heal her clones to the point the clones can survive a tornado.
