i think they should ad an event where Ci can Like breach the Entety in SCP-002 that ther would be an Alarm like NUke and then the Facility just began to Infect to scp-002
Is there any specific way to get it to spawn in or is it just random chance because it seems to rarely show up for me and even the first time I went in to explore it didn't show up once in the about 15 minutes I was in there.
if you are talking about the entity you need to go to the corridor on the right (the one that looks like a part of the facility and not a part of the city) after you go through the gate to the city and wait there at about half corridor and then it should spawn
They appear as lamp or table you have to shoot them it takes around half of the m4 Mag to destroy one you will know witch to destroy it glows and is places in a weird place's

The actual entryway for the dimension is sometimes closed, but the invisible entities that spawn inside will randomly spawn all over the dimension
