    I have never tried a different brand before. I have only bought Gardiner. I have a SLX 18ft. Bought two so far. I have also splashed out a few years ago on a 35ft 3K pole. It does feel more rigid and looks amazing. Two poles I would never buy is the Gardiner Extreme or Unger Ultra Lite Hi-Mod. I think the prices are ridiculous. A pole I really want to see is the Gardiner Ultimate High Reach. I would like to see what it would be like to clean a window at 74ft.

      I bought a super max once and it was such a waste of money! I would like to try the ultimate high reach, but I don’t think it will actually be rigid enough.🤔

    I have a aluminium 25ft as couldn’t afford carbon.Weight actually not bad and sturdy.But 30ft pole weight is a struggle lol.

      It’s when you have a long day, or a few in a row, its really going to start having an impact on your back and neck. Working straight up and down is one thing, but as soon as you have an awkward one that’s slightly out to the side, that’s when you’ll really feel the strain!🥵👍🏼

  • @bobdigi500

    Started off with a gardner SLX carbon. I bought a good one straight away. After trying a hybrid and the oval 8 I'm glad with my decision!

  • @Visionwc23
    @Visionwc23 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    3k carbon is basically “thinner “ carbon. That’s what makes it lighter. But with that you then get less rigidity. Always buy normal carbon pole

    • @aemackintosh
      @aemackintosh  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It often depends on how it has been manufactured and how many layers of carbon are used as well.👍🏼

      🤷🏻‍♂️ Meant to be informative. I think lots of people buy cheap poles when they first start. But it’s about understanding the different materials the pole is made of. I hope it helps.

    Hey sorry am completely new to all this . Am trying to setup a pw business in my country , would i be able to soft wash homes with your pole or would it ruin the pole / brush? Mainly SH but sometimes some acid for rust etc

Bought a 22slx 18months ago as a everyday pole, so I can keep my old pole attached to all extension (47ft), but the 22ft was already spinning after 6 months.
