Because here we fixed current source to 1A but in reality pv cell current source is by Ip photon current which depend on temperature but in simulation Simply. we have taken constant current source so no change But diode in spice include temperature effects so it shows variation I guess
hello sir instead of using a resistance to simulate the model , why you have used a voltage source as a load? pv cell is itself a source ,then why you have put a source while simulating?
We need varing resistor for character's curve and Because resistor drops voltage and as the resistor 0ohm _ 0 v drop and as the resistance increase Vdrop increase finally at a particular resistance vdrop= vin so current zero a open condition . Same Vdrop can be assumes as a voltage source also . so for easy simulation I guess

While simulating effect of themperature, the plot showed only decrease in voltage. But not increase in current. Why is that?
