- We chat with Ice Nine Kills frontman Spencer Charnas, fresh from the stage at Download Festival 2022. He talks playing songs from 'The Silver Scream 2' live and hints at the possibility of a third album in the series. Also, we look back on their huge 'Trinity Of Terror' US tour with Black Veil Brides and Motionless In White and their recent appearance at Bring Me The Horizon's Malta Weekender. Plus, we get all the details on INK's upcoming horror convention.

Favorite band for 6+ years now but I can’t be the only person who doesn’t want another themed album. Every trick in the book was great, silver scream 1 and 2 were great but a third one is just too much. I want original music like based on life or their own stories how they used to again and I can’t be the only person who feels that
Well I agree with you in parts, I don't think a new themed album would be bad, I just think it needs to be another theme, they tackled most "Big" horror movies at this point. Maybe do books again, IDK I just think we already had enought Horror. Also my fav band since Every Trick in The book and that album is actually my fav.
I get what you're saying but it's super common for horror movies to have 3 films all together and a silver scream 3 is a definite and sounds awesome but after that im curious to see what they do cause at that point I think a 4th silver scream would be overkill. I could see them writing their own horror themed songs but we'll see. I don't expect them to write a whole album of Edward scissorhands or American werewolf in london type material. Thats the only thing about having a "theme" to your band cause you can't chase it forever and expect the same reaction every album.
I personally think they should either come up with a new theme, or just write an album without a theme, just for an album cycle or 2, then surprise everyone with the silver scream 3. Just because I feel if they do it that way people will be more hyped, vs if they just do 1, 2, then 3 people will be kinda tired of it, and think that they ran out of ideas. Tbh I definitely think we’ll get a third one, but I bet their next album is gonna be something else.

@@aliciahartwell24 He's a handsome dude, he just looks 5 years older than usual. Maybe he's got bags under his eyes or he's tired. They've been busy lately, that's for sure!
