Thank you for your video. Do you know if going with a guide is mandatory? I received information that they don’t issue the permit unless you have a guide, at least on paper, even if they’re not really your guide. I’m planning to go in November 😃

It's not compulsory to have a guide, but they will try to make you to have a guide for their own profit..

Yes, insurance is mandatory for ABC trek, earlier it was not mandatory but now they are checking the insurance to issue the permits..
