I've seen videos about this but I've never tried it.
I'll will try it this weekend with dashi

We don't get raw ingredients to make dashi in my country. But we do get umeboshi. Might give it a try.

I find that green tea enhances most dishes. I mostly having green tea while eating steamed dumplings.
