Hey, If you're like me and you've tried everything and it still keeps crashing, try setting your bios on default and remove any overclocking done on CPU or GPU (through msi afterburner). It doesn't matter if your overclocking is perfectly stable everywhere else. COD is so badly optimised it doesn't like any overclocking.
Great advice. If you still do those kinds of things it is pretty likely to affect system stability under load. This would crash your system completely with an immediate reboot. On the other hand, a single application killed without bluescreen and reboot seems to me more like a software problem between os and application.
@@Ersteller I agree but cod is the exception in this case. My overclocking is stable for more than 5 years with a custom loop. No crashes or bluescreens ever. Cod kept crashing while my pc was fine. As soon as I disabled oc no more crashes. Seems kinda absurd but it's true.
@@0xNobody Congrats for the 5-year stable overclocking! Is this reproducible? Have you tried re-enabling the overclocking to make sure it is definitely the cause?

Hey man, my game keeps crashing but I can't see whats wrong with it on Event Viewer, I refresh EV but no new alerts appear even when the game crashes at that moment.

@@AzTK96 not every kind of crash is generally reported by the event viewer. Some applications are poorly written fail quiet and have no way of telling without a debugger attached. But there are plenty of people getting paid for that. 70 Billion $ is still 7 Million for every one of the 10,000 Blizzard employees. I know they don't ever see the money but we gamers will pay for that and this is not what I want to be a part of. Sry for the rant.

My pc says I don't have access when trying to change the perms of the CLSID
You need to be the owner of the key instead of the trusted installer. Check under advanced settings who is the current owner.
Update: I tried it, the game worked for one round of plunder...I got on later to play warzone and it went back to crashing.

Completely different error messages so I followed the same procedure with them but with no improvement that time
@@LandenBMS ok I had one crash but after checking registry and reapplied my changes I have no more crashes.
