Sebenarnya, pemakaian robe and mortar board adalah inspired from islamic civilisation. Robe ( jubas ulama’ islam ) while mortar board ( Quran, ilmu ).. bila pihak barat dtg.. mereka ter inspired to do the same, tapi style mereka bila grade je lambung mortar board tu which is not good.
