- Malaika Arora joins us for the final episode of Limelight Lab Grow CVD Diamonds presents Her Story, only on Bollywood Bubble, hosted by Nayandeep Rakshit. In this unfiltered chat, Malaika opens up on dealing with emotional upheavals and how yoga helped her find a sense of self in such tough times. Over the years, Malaika has been a huge victim of social media bullying and societal judgment, especially post her divorce. While the society is inherently sexist, it always jumps first to shame and judge a woman when they go through a divorce or are in a relationship. Malla reveals she faced it all and although it was her 'lowest' phase but she sailed through all of it. Malaika also opened up about another topic that often gets overlooked - age shaming - she reveals she has often been ridiculed online and shamed for what she wears, does or looks like, at her age. In times of trolling and ridiculous comments, Malaika adds that she is constantly slut shamed online for her neckline or hemline. More in this brave and bold interview. Watch.

True, she is indeed a role model for women like me, I'm in my early 30s, yet when I see her, she really inspired me that we can still be healthy and good looking even at such age.. Truely a role model
Diet, exercise, and sense of self-care
is what keeps her going. It’s pretty commendable that she’s maintained for a 48 year old. She’s not skinny but she didn’t get fat either. She’s slender yet maintained enough for her age, probably through her workouts.
People thought after a divorce , man will marry half of his age lady and divorce woman will get fat, dark circle under eye and wrinkled face but Malaika kick those people’s thought process and those have nothing to do than trolling her. Hats off Malaika for making yourself happy without harming others .keep it up❤️

I love what she is wearing. She is so inspiring - proving that age is just a number. She looks fantastic and takes great care of herself. We need more women like her. Too many people (men and women) throw judgement at you (her) when you don't conform to the "norm" but what is the norm - a set of rules invented way back which are not adapted to changing circumstances. We need people like Malaika and others to be the change. Personally I live life on my terms. Going through a divorce and being the happiest I have ever been. Not tied by the shackles of society. I can't think of anything worse than living a life where I just don't want to be anymore. Our kids are happier too, which is really important.
The only thing I would add is - she is 48 not 46. Continue to be a role model and inspiration to many many people. but there is no need to hide your real age, especially when this information is so easily accessible in the public domain.

I could feel her, it's very harsh to live with someone who is not your compatible in any point or quality.
