I connect with you on one point. I too used to feel like I was my daughter's older sister for a very long time. It only happens when you are blessed with a daughter. It doesn't feel the same when you have a son. Now I have a 2 months old son and it's a completely different feeling.

And Malvika, about the protein shake, try vanilla flavoured protein powder.. put a scoop in cold milk, add any berries of ur choice, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, just a small piece of banana, some chia seeds, and blend it.. top it with some nuts and granola.. u will love it, that’s what I have daily

You should try oat milk from only earth!! And I am like you when it comes to my coffee I don’t like it bitter and my favourite at one point of time used to be jack Frost from slay coffee! So try this recipe: Add 1.5 teaspoon of instant coffee, two teaspoons of jaggery powder (or should go if that’s what you like), a pinch of salt, a dash of Vanilla extract. I like to whisk all of these ingredients so that it’s like Dalgona. Add 4 to 5 cubes of ice and oat milk. Mix well and drink up

Hello Dear, just a suggestion, as u are a new mommy , i would suggest you to switch to natural fragrances like those of essential oils if u really like fragrances, because artificial chemical fragrances special in those bathroom freshners n all really mess up with baby’s hormones, and that is a huge concern…. Anyways more power to to girl…. 🧿🙏🏼

You must try the protein powder with frozen berries, nuts and water and ice. DON'T put any milk. I'm so bad at trying new things but this one is my go to now.
Before going for an eye test don’t wear your glasses at least an hour or two before let your eye settle and then sit for the eye test because when we remove our glasses its more blurry for us than usual so let your eyes settle before the test 😊
Hey I think she uses Aptamil for her baby as per her stories. My baby has also been on aptamil and as I know it doesn't cause gas and is most loved by babies. Hope this helps!
