Great question, Gabor! The same compliance that you need as a deal packager would cover you as a trader! As you’ll someone time temporarily own the property you’ll also need to factor in home insurance on each property. No problem, it’s added to the list!

As far as suggestions go, here are a few: 1) Would like to see more educational videos about property trading and how to "get on that train", 2) If you like 1), I would also consider doing a mini-series and create a TH-cam playlist with that content and, 3) A video about your process of searching and finding good property deals online/in places not in your area. Keep up the good work!

A question on trading/packaging if you don’t mind; if you have a deal ready or an offer in writing that you want to sell on for a fee, where do you find the prospective investors who would be interested in your packaged offer? Is this networking or identifying investment companies, ringing them up and almost cold selling it to them? Cheers
All about networking mate. Make sure you’ve got the right training in place to help accelerate yourself! Also, try to partner with people that have a healthy list of investors already 💪

Hello, Jamie, it's a fantastic video which I didn't know before. Regarding the round 5, I'd like to ask why the vendor was willing to sell the property so much lower than the evaluation. This is nearly 25% less???

If you get educated by the right person then yes, but most people don't teach or understand it in my experience
