At this point e4 Sampo is better than Kafka why? Bcs his e4 can active Arcana bcs Arcana act like wind sheer 😭 imagine non crit dmg on single and hit like hunt character. Also her LC litteraly give 100% dmg wtf this swarm has windsheer reduction dmg and still hit like truck at 1/2 arcana 😢

Yes, e4 sampo or use e4 guin or use e0 Kafka, dont forget some enemies has wind/fire/burn resist

She can work just fine with Kafka. You just needed someone who can force the enemy to take DOT, and Kafka does that very good.@ttfcrith22
