So they did absolutely nothing You still take bleed from block and his block pen is still crazy I was barely dexing him anyways. He's still the most broken defender in my opinion (I consider him harder than serpent). They did nothing about his killer instinct which basically WASTES your entire time between waiting for him to throw a special and waiting for the killer instinct to start counting down after the special. Hmmm
Thats the point lol hes meant to be an annoying defender and idk why ur complaining abt him when he at least has good counters and can be taken fast, serpent is much more annoying and even with his few counters its a hella slow fight
Dude he’s exactly the same, you NEVER dex against Bullseye’s basics in the first place. Why is this community so weird about nerfs? Bullseye gets zero noticeable changes but folks suddly dont think hes a Top Tier defender.
The pre-nerfed version allowed you to use moondragon against him with 2 points in coagulate by dexing to build charges

Not really, you don't dex his basic attacks too much anyway with those champs. He uses sp.1 pretty much immediately.

Bero u missed something, no instant bleed on special Dex
I use punisher2099 against him, but was hard to avoid that bleed when dex until 100 battery. Now it’s a lot easier.
I use CGR for him and man makes it look like a piece of cake
So much better with Kate bishop tho, can easily finish the fight having to block maximum 1 special

Its same. Main thing for bulkseye is his sp1 block damage. Its not less then before. So no change
