Awesome mate! That's good to see the balance of the bolt to show how smooth she runs. I work in a power station where I have 7 of these engines coupled up to gensets. Producing 1250kw or 1.25 Mw @1500 rpm. They are dual gas running on either natural gas or methane! Mainly methane. Tell me, have u modified the coil pack location to the inlet manifold and are the thermo couple and knock sensor wires run to those black boxes? Keen to know as I get a lot of problems with the tem rail being located above the water rail on mine. Do u get many issues with those? And how many hours has she done? Cheers bud.
Yes the ignition rails were moved because of the heat. The TEM system went in the bin years ago in favour of ComAp. There are no knock sensors installed on this engine. The thermocouples are also returned to the ignition rail. This engine is long gone in the scrap heap now unfortunately do to a flood in 2013
