What determines who leaves the show is the total votes. To be honest, 3000 votes are not enough to climb to the top 20 or 30. So in the end its more important to gain popularity in this competition rather than winning this specific match. So although Baekho's team has lost , his video right now is on top 3 out of all other contestants. #1 is Kang Daniel, #2 is Park Ji Hoon, #3 is Baekho. So you can see he gained a lot of popularity after this match.

I feel like Dongho really needed this performance. He hasn't been on a stage like this in a while and when his solo came on, it was like a flicker of confidence came back (that smile). So far MNet has made me nervous for all of Nu est but Ren and Dongho's editing makes me worried how depressed they may be. But this made me so happy, keep fighting.
I personally liked their performance better than the other team, their appeal fitted the song and their moves were much "rough" in a sense that it was synonymous with the theme of the song. The high note was really good too, Their expressions were better as a whole, kudos to this group!

I found something while comparing the 2 performances. Baekho is the one who adds STABILITY & FLOW to this team's vocals during the chorus parts. He is the ground upon which they build the rest, which is SUPER ESSENTIAL for live performances (otherwise choppy vocals occur because of incorrect breathing). He NEEDS to make it to the final group. I try to hear team 1's version and they did lacked in the stability of the chorus. Good is good and lacked is lacked..but it doesn't mean it's bad. In terms of vocals, this team is better.

I feel like Dongho really needed this performance. He hasn't been on a stage like this in a while and when his solo came on, it was like a flicker of confidence came back (that smile). So far MNet has made me nervous for all of Nu est but Ren and Dongho's editing makes me worried how depressed they may be. But this made me so happy, keep fighting.
I personally liked their performance better than the other team, their appeal fitted the song and their moves were much "rough" in a sense that it was synonymous with the theme of the song. The high note was really good too, Their expressions were better as a whole, kudos to this group!
