  • Moist Ube Cake
    Sift and mix
    3 cups all-purpose flour 350g
    1 tbsp baking powder
    **¼ cup Ube powder 45g. DISREGARD UBE POWDER, Flavorade Ube in this recipe is enough. **
    Combine
    1½ cup evap milk/fresh milk 335g
    1 tbsp Bakersfield French vanilla
    2 tbsp Bakersfield Flavorade Ube flavor
    Emulsify
    ½ cup cold but softened refrigerated salted margarine. (Dairy magic salted)
    2 ½ cups granulated sugar 570g
    3 large eggs 140g
    1 Tbsp Bakersfield cakemaster 12g
    ½ cup canola oil/ vegetable 100g
    (Add 1 tsp salt if your magarine is unsalted, to be added to dry ingredients.)
    Do not add salt if yor margarine is salted)
    Yield: 8 cups cake batter
    Divide in 2 8x3 pan
    (4 cups each 8x3 round pan)
    Baking temp. and time
    150°c for 1 hour
