They really could not, she reminds me of Whitney Houston in a way in the sense that they both in their primes had NO weaknesses vocally. They could be the loudest/softest, could belt like nobody else, range for days, upper mid and lower, agility literally otherworldly and not to mention all effortless. Neither of their vocal prime lasted very long but when they were in it NOBODY could touch them.
She's vocally unmatched!!! She is a sopranino for a reason!! But her musicality is SOMETHING ELSE!!! You didn't see her overdo it like some gospel singers (no offense to them), she knows the elements to add in a song while performing

My problem with this kinda singing in church is this: are you really focusing on God when singing like this or simply showing off so people will react like the way they’re reacting? I’ve realized that in so many cases, it’s a showing-off competition where all the focus and worship leaves Jesus as people fall into awe of the singer. It becomes idolatry in such a case.

But all attention and eyes are on them. It is Idolatry and many many churches practice it, from this kinda behaviour, to the love of money and sowing (financially), to the putting of their pastors and leaders on pedestals, almost literally worshiping them like a cult. Many churches are guilty of these, and would be shocked on the last day.
