      @@djdoc06 I don't expect any level from him because he is a tennis player. I was merely responding to the original comment that implies he has successfully adapted his tennis technique for this game, because he has not. Table tennis techniques are totally different, so his technique is terrible. Of course, he has fantastic hand-eye coordination and with a few hours of coaching he would become a very handy TT player. I've often thought it would be fun for a player like Roger to seriously have a go at TT when they retire - it would make a great TV series.

    • @Wally-H
      @Wally-H ปีที่แล้ว +3

  • @derekboyt3383

    I had a friend in college that was a top tennis player in the country. He had the same exact swing on the table. There is definitely a different swing for a champion tennis player and a champion table tennis player. Both are great on the table (and fun to watch) but there is definitely a difference in ability between the styles.

    I guarantee you...if he didn't choose tennis and chose table tennis, he would be world champion 100%. Asian kids will be calling him Neo. Imagine...his brain and flexes not being interrupted by heaving breathing, running, stretching.....just the wrist of a legend destroying anything. Look at the speed he was playing at in joking, relaxed mode at a sport he never pursued, just played for fun here and there. Scary.
