Hi @mraviteja9539 ,do complete those 3 years ( right now jobs are very less in the market - don't leave from your job ) plan things properly - learn React , Next , Node , MongoDB & do projects and get ready for interviews by the time you are going to complete your 3 years of bond - you should get a good job with good Salary , then switch , All the best
