I'm planning on buying a home with my SO in the next year or so, and this is just looking so grim for us. We save so much and are getting better jobs since we are fresh out of school, but the housing market seems to be going quicker than we are.
I couldn't agree more, things don't seem to be slowing down much. At the same time, the pandemic is still going on. It will be interesting to see what happens once things start opening back up again. I would be surprised to see prices fall but I would imagine rising prices will eventually flatten out and bidding wars will be a thing of the past.
