The original lasts a lot (10+ on skin, subjective) especially on clothes, the Alhambra is weaker (6 hours best), probably 85% similar in scent. The original is way more complex, as with most clones, but only a fraghead will be able to distinguish it.... I got the 200ml original in around 120 in Ebay, and the alhambra around 20 in Amzn. I have this & a 15ml of the original. Far less depth than the OG, but not a terrible cheapy. The opening sucks by comparison, but the mid/dry down is nice.
Great review! But using a fragrantica Note breakdown a bit misleading, because the Le Noir has different note breakdown. Top: Agarwood(Oud), Middle: Amber, Base: Patchouli, Vanilla.
Ah, good catch, I have no idea how technically Oud be classified as a top note. But I guess I'm here for it. 😂 I just kind of assumed the note breakdowns would be the same.

@@ZephyrDavid I take note trees fairly lightly, You see it in modern designers nowadays with the three note breakdowns. Just from my brief experience with making perfume Oud is a base note, It lasts for ages. It has a low volatile odor vapor. So if they put lavender in there or linalool, THAT is considered a top note and there is no way there isn't any other top note in here. I call conspiracy!! 🤣

Hey, great and informative video! Did you let it macerate before doing this review? Many people on TH-cam and Reddit say that it's not a perfect clone at all but they wrote the reviews shortly after receiving it. I really want to buy it but I'm a bit unsure if it's worth it
My ONLY question since I have the original is....DO YOU smell the difference in the oils they used? Clones usually have same DNA but cheaper smelling oils.
I have this clone in my collection and to me in the opening there is a slight “funky” note if you smell it up close which can come across a little bit like an “armpit” smell. But the good news is it goes away in like the first minute or two after applying. Overall it’s exactly identical to the original and such a great bang for buck! Definitely recommend

Could I rock this fragrance in the months ahead? I live in the heart of Louisiana and it can get pretty hot and humid.. I love fragrance and have a little collection going. I have all of the hyped up lattafa fragrances. People look at me like I’m crazy or something when they see my fragrance collection. lol
The thing with these dupes are that every time you absolutely need to consume like 1/5 of the bottle to let the air in and then you'll discover that each time you use that fragrance it will keep getting better and better, yeah its a bit confusing but think that i bought a cheap dupe of la rive copying invictus and it didnt last 3 hours on my skin in the first 2 3 months and then 2day after about half an year it lasts like crazy and its super potent, im like very surprised because its also an eau de toilette and i wasnt expecting that from this one but now i bought glacier bold which is a dupe of le beau le parfum and again first day i sprayed i was disappointed a bit but now after a week i start to notice it lasts longer and projects more and so on
This clone is REALLY that good and one of the best clones I’ve tried ! Differences on my skin is the OG is sweeter,richer and more Cardomom and vanilla Le Noir is a tad bit fresher and I get more woodiness than vanilla and the cardomom is toned down. I also think Le Noir is more masculine. Crazy but I actually prefer this !!! Performance on The OG is much better and on my skin it was almost too strong whereas Le Noir is above average in both longevity (6-8 hours) and above average but not loud projection

Opening is terrible. Mid is nice. Dry down is strangely fresh, and lacks the spiciness of the original one. Less powdery than the OG too.
Honestly it doesn't smell 100 percent identical. More like 70%
