Would love to think that Rutte read him the riot act, politely. Watching from the UK and in the last week we have had a ship trying to cut cables between Ireland and UK, two bomb threats ( one at US Embassy, one at Gatwick) and many drones flew over RAF Lakenheath( US base in UK) Someone is due to speak about Russian cyber attacks in parliament this week. Hi Kim. I caught something when I first heard your reading on the 45-Rutte meeting on Friday. Aside from the fact that your “cold” reading was validated by occurred and circumstances surrounding all of this, at 26:19, you stated or downloaded something that read specifically referenced a very specific outcome. “…in order for me to be clean and clear and free, you got to do this…” Boy! Did that grab my attention. My sense is that he’s looking for a way to totally have all of the horrible stuff he knows he’s tagged with go completely away. He’s looking to Rutte for a totally clean slate, maybe to get away, or even leave the country. Because he’s so transactional, he thinks that no matter what he does, he should be given a quid pro quo, despite the quid pro quo being his “totally getting away with something…clean, clear and free.” Because 45 takes no responsibility for anything he does, events are moot unless he gets something tangible in return. In this scenario, if Rutte says, for instance, “I know what you did. I know what your buddies did, I know what Putin did, here is proof, (he’d read it to 45 since 45 doesn’t like to read), and I am going to release this information to other NATO members at the meeting this week and to the public. You will have no recourse.” Rutte/others would give 45 the option of A) admitting what he did and having all of the associated treasonous charges going away, along with current doj/Smith/other charges going completely away. And he steps away. B) admitting to any Putin relationships, Musk etc relationships, that would have led to the election issues among other things, which would also give him a pass. And he steps away. C) Not admitting anything and leaving the county or just conceding to Harris. D) Any combination of the above, etc. Rutte would certainly be presenting him with various get out of jail free cards, but 45 being 45, would automatically see this as an opportunity to get something more for himself. So what would Rutte refuse? A payoff? A “no-acknowledgment-of-any-relationship-with-Putin- statement from NATO? A gimme to Putin regarding Ukraine such as the ing Zelenskyy to give up territory? A promise from NATO and the EU to not admit Ukraine to either organization ever or some lengthy period of time? Anything else? Rutte knows 45 better than 45 knows him. Rutte is the authority figure in that relationship for sure, at this point in time. 45 doesn’t understand the hell he could find himself in. Now, all that said, Rutte could simply be coming to 45 to review the US relationship as part of NATO, agreed to funding percentages, the possibility that 45 might pull the US out of NATO, or simply ignore it, and to ask him not to leave. This would certainly cause 45 to ask “so, what’s in it for me?”. But it’s something NATO likely has a contingency plan for. That would be the most innocent it the most typical reason for this meeting. The problem is the timing. NATO has a relationship with the US. Currently, Biden IS the US - not 45. So this meeting was likely more about the above or similar. I’m wondering what you think, Kim. That one statement when you were describing the meeting just hit me. Re: 11:26. For Donald, I’ve seen some odd cards for him in January and February. Like: I have no idea what physical death could look like in a tarot spread, since the Death card on its own tends to not literally mean death. But what about the Death and Tower cards together for January plus a Hanged Man for February? And actually, for all three people I’ve asked about-Donald, Kamala, and JD and whether any of them are the 47th POTUS-it looks to me like there’s some kind of roadblock in January that stops all three of them. When I did three card spreads for all three and asked the same question about whether they would be the 47th POTUS, each spread ended with a card that would block or suspend proceedings. What stops Trump is the 2 of Swords. What stops Kamala and JD is the Hanged Man.

But this is what I suggest everyone with a deck does: Ask the exact same question for Donald, Kamala and JD Vance at least: Will [NAME] be the 47th POTUS? It has to be the exact same question but just with the candidate’s name swapped out-because if I’m correct, people will get cards that say that multiple people could be POTUS. Like, Donald gets a yes and Kamala gets a yes. Even last night, that’s what I’ve gotten, even with the blocking or suspending cards-the other cards still point to “yes.” I think this is what readers got wrong the first time around with Election Day: Duality is getting…compressed? Smooshed? So there are conflicting answers that will come up. The problem is that readers haven’t known this, including me. So it’s important to cover all bases and ask the same exact question but apply it to a range of people.
Also: So in general, what I’ve gotten so far is, we’re going to have a lot more of these issues where readers are not going to get accurate readings if they don’t get that there are multiple answers to the same question. That the further we move along the timeline, it won’t be yes or no, for instance. It will be yes AND no. For instance: Just based on what’s happening to Donald right now, yes. He did “win” an election. But the thing is, he doesn’t want to sign the ethics pledge. He and his people are trying to evade the FBI and have someone else do background checks for them. Trump wants to give this impression that he’s still winning, but he obviously isn’t. The cards we’ve seen in the video that show blocking or suspension or a slow down refer to this, among other issues. As for Donald’s supporters: They “won” the election. But their reward is that they’ve gotten disowned or cut off from everyone who cared enough about them to be their final safety net. They’ve been abandoned and discarded at X as the rest of us exodused off to Bluesky. So how much of a win is this, really? This duality is what readers failed to see. Except we did get odd little hints about this earlier this year, but I don’t think we saw them for what they were. One major hint at this is the “assassination” attempt in Butler PA. It was fake and real at the same time. It was supposed to be a stunt for Donald but it had actual consequences because two people died. One odd hint that I’d point at is, uh… Remember Raygun the breakdancer from the Olympics? That is another example I’d point to as: there is this duality of winning and losing, not winning or losing. Raygun herself danced like she was wrestling with herself and she was winning and losing at the same time. She scored 0 but apparently that was a winning score????? I’m still not clear on how the scoring worked for the breakdancing portion of the Summer Olympics. But sure, this was another clue as to the mixture of winning and losing that are both true at the very same time. This is what readers haven’t understood. If anyone still thinks there’s only one correct answer, especially moving forward, you’re going to be more and more mistaken.
And one more thing… Sorry, I’ve got a lot coming to me, and I know I’ve written a lot: Throughout this video, I’ve gotten the impression that the Other Side has “insurance” against Donald Trump. I’m not sure if it’s really them so much as it’s Donald himself, but there are more and more things to pin him for to stop him from being POTUS. The deck is stacked more and more against him and his people. If he doesn’t get pinned for some widespread election fraud (9-10 of pentacles in the video gave me a flash of the criminal enterprise as a lit-up network or spiderweb of corruption), then he’s on the hook for not signing the paperwork and trying to evade the FBI re: background checks. And I feel like there are other things we aren’t allowed to see, but yes. This feeling of being trapped makes sense because it refers to a handful of things that are boxing him in, including complications due to his dementia. The walls are closing in on him and his people. That show is going to drop. And it will be one very heavy shoe. I got this mental picture of him going into 10 of swords territory: criminal charges, one after another, all nailing him in the back. More and more and more. The Other Side has a vested interest in what’s happening here because it’s all going beyond the bounds of what the reincarnation system permits. We all signed contracts before we came here-contracts that denoted the boundaries of what would be ok for us to encounter here. When that line gets crossed and contracts are breached, the Other Side has to intercede somehow to remediate. They HAVE to. Otherwise, the conditions become too dangerous for people to continue their lifetimes and they’ll have to be evacuated out somehow.

In addition to everything else has offered, because NATO is the most powerful alliance in the world, with the US as a member, at the end of any administration, NATO meets with the outgoing president and may meet with the incoming pres once they are actually certified. This ensures some sort of continuity, can set expectations, and give a chance for sides to size each other up. In just about every instance, a president will be 1000% on board with NATO. 45 was the only exception. NATO is a mutual defense alliance between 30ish countries including the US and Canada now. It was formed as a means of protecting all members against any attack from the USSR. Now it’s Russia, Byelorussia, etc, and China and the Middle East - everyone basically. If one is attacked this alliance states that all have been attacked. Article 5 of the NATO charter states something like “an attack on one is an attack on all…”, so if one is attacked, all members of the alliance respond and defend however needed. Militarily. Article 5 has only been invoked once on 9/11 to defend the United States. That’s why all of the member states were there in Iraq and Afghanistan with all of their most powerful and deadly weapons. For us. Russia knows this. This is why he wants to see NATO degraded and destroyed. The US leaving NATO would make it more likely that Russia could invade any of the countries he’s threatened, which would pull other countries into a war. The US is Putin’s main deterrent. 45 has said while in office and after that he doesn’t care about NATO, but a malignant narcissist wouldn’t want formal alliances. I suspect he thought the reason why Putin wanted the US out was because the US is paying too much, while it really about being able to reconstitute the USSR. So, NATO is the most important alliance with access to all of the highest and most secure intelligence from all members. Intel is shared in case of any impending attack - of any kind. So, theoretically, the new head of NATO, (also the former president of the Netherlands), would meet with 45 about transitioning and mutual understandIng. Any number of topics could be raised. Additionally, aside from 45, Roote met with Anthony Blinkin on 11/13, was at the G-20 on the 18th and 19th and then met with 45 on Friday the 22nd. Rutte had no announced visits to DC or to meet with Biden, although some secure meetings were likely held. And, I gather Rutte will be in Canada for the NATO meeting there - one which 45 would not be at. So, there are a lot of things these meetings could mean. Hi Kim. I caught something when I first heard your reading on the 45-Rutte meeting on Friday.
Aside from the fact that your “cold” reading was validated by occurred and circumstances surrounding all of this, at 26:19, you stated or downloaded something that read specifically referenced a very specific outcome.
“…in order for me to be clean and clear and free, you got to do this…”
Boy! Did that grab my attention. My sense is that he’s looking for a way to totally have all of the horrible stuff he knows he’s tagged with go completely away. He’s looking to Rutte for a totally clean slate, maybe to get away, or even leave the country.
Because he’s so transactional, he thinks that no matter what he does, he should be given a quid pro quo, despite the quid pro quo being his “totally getting away with something…clean, clear and free.” Because 45 takes no responsibility for anything he does, events are moot unless he gets something tangible in return.
In this scenario, if Rutte says, for instance, “I know what you did. I know what your buddies did, I know what Putin did, here is proof, (he’d read it to 45 since 45 doesn’t like to read), and I am going to release this information to other NATO members at the meeting this week and to the public. You will have no recourse.”
Rutte/others would give 45 the option of
A) admitting what he did and having all
of the associated treasonous charges going away, along with current doj/Smith/other charges going completely away. And he steps away.
B) admitting to any Putin relationships, Musk etc relationships, that would have led to the election issues among other things, which would also give him a pass. And he steps away.
C) Not admitting anything and leaving the county or just conceding to Harris.
D) Any combination of the above, etc.
Rutte would certainly be presenting him with various get out of jail free cards, but 45 being 45, would automatically see this as an opportunity to get something more for himself. So what would Rutte refuse? A payoff? A “no-acknowledgment-of-any-relationship-with-Putin- statement from NATO? A gimme to Putin regarding Ukraine such as the ing Zelenskyy to give up territory? A promise from NATO and the EU to not admit Ukraine to either organization ever or some lengthy period of time? Anything else?
Rutte knows 45 better than 45 knows him. Rutte is the authority figure in that relationship for sure, at this point in time. 45 doesn’t understand the hell he could find himself in.
Now, all that said, Rutte could simply be coming to 45 to review the US relationship as part of NATO, agreed to funding percentages, the possibility that 45 might pull the US out of NATO, or simply ignore it, and to ask him not to leave. This would certainly cause 45 to ask “so, what’s in it for me?”. But it’s something NATO likely has a contingency plan for. That would be the most innocent it the most typical reason for this meeting.
The problem is the timing. NATO has a relationship with the US. Currently, Biden IS the US - not 45. So this meeting was likely more about the above or similar.

It has to be the exact same question but just with the candidate’s name swapped out-because if I’m correct, people will get cards that say that multiple people could be POTUS. Like, Donald gets a yes and Kamala gets a yes. Even last night, that’s what I’ve gotten, even with the blocking or suspending cards-the other cards still point to “yes.”
I think this is what readers got wrong the first time around with Election Day: Duality is getting…compressed? Smooshed? So there are conflicting answers that will come up. The problem is that readers haven’t known this, including me. So it’s important to cover all bases and ask the same exact question but apply it to a range of people.
Also: So in general, what I’ve gotten so far is, we’re going to have a lot more of these issues where readers are not going to get accurate readings if they don’t get that there are multiple answers to the same question. That the further we move along the timeline, it won’t be yes or no, for instance. It will be yes AND no.
For instance: Just based on what’s happening to Donald right now, yes. He did “win” an election. But the thing is, he doesn’t want to sign the ethics pledge. He and his people are trying to evade the FBI and have someone else do background checks for them. Trump wants to give this impression that he’s still winning, but he obviously isn’t. The cards we’ve seen in the video that show blocking or suspension or a slow down refer to this, among other issues.
As for Donald’s supporters: They “won” the election. But their reward is that they’ve gotten disowned or cut off from everyone who cared enough about them to be their final safety net. They’ve been abandoned and discarded at X as the rest of us exodused off to Bluesky. So how much of a win is this, really?
This duality is what readers failed to see. Except we did get odd little hints about this earlier this year, but I don’t think we saw them for what they were.
One major hint at this is the “assassination” attempt in Butler PA. It was fake and real at the same time. It was supposed to be a stunt for Donald but it had actual consequences because two people died.
One odd hint that I’d point at is, uh… Remember Raygun the breakdancer from the Olympics? That is another example I’d point to as: there is this duality of winning and losing, not winning or losing.
Raygun herself danced like she was wrestling with herself and she was winning and losing at the same time. She scored 0 but apparently that was a winning score????? I’m still not clear on how the scoring worked for the breakdancing portion of the Summer Olympics. But sure, this was another clue as to the mixture of winning and losing that are both true at the very same time. This is what readers haven’t understood. If anyone still thinks there’s only one correct answer, especially moving forward, you’re going to be more and more mistaken.
And one more thing… Sorry, I’ve got a lot coming to me, and I know I’ve written a lot:
Throughout this video, I’ve gotten the impression that the Other Side has “insurance” against Donald Trump. I’m not sure if it’s really them so much as it’s Donald himself, but there are more and more things to pin him for to stop him from being POTUS. The deck is stacked more and more against him and his people.
If he doesn’t get pinned for some widespread election fraud (9-10 of pentacles in the video gave me a flash of the criminal enterprise as a lit-up network or spiderweb of corruption), then he’s on the hook for not signing the paperwork and trying to evade the FBI re: background checks. And I feel like there are other things we aren’t allowed to see, but yes. This feeling of being trapped makes sense because it refers to a handful of things that are boxing him in, including complications due to his dementia. The walls are closing in on him and his people. That show is going to drop. And it will be one very heavy shoe.
I got this mental picture of him going into 10 of swords territory: criminal charges, one after another, all nailing him in the back. More and more and more. The Other Side has a vested interest in what’s happening here because it’s all going beyond the bounds of what the reincarnation system permits. We all signed contracts before we came here-contracts that denoted the boundaries of what would be ok for us to encounter here. When that line gets crossed and contracts are breached, the Other Side has to intercede somehow to remediate. They HAVE to. Otherwise, the conditions become too dangerous for people to continue their lifetimes and they’ll have to be evacuated out somehow.

In addition to everything else has offered, because NATO is the most powerful alliance in the world, with the US as a member, at the end of any administration, NATO meets with the outgoing president and may meet with the incoming pres once they are actually certified. This ensures some sort of continuity, can set expectations, and give a chance for sides to size each other up. In just about every instance, a president will be 1000% on board with NATO. 45 was the only exception.
NATO is a mutual defense alliance between 30ish countries including the US and Canada now. It was formed as a means of protecting all members against any attack from the USSR. Now it’s Russia, Byelorussia, etc, and China and the Middle East - everyone basically. If one is attacked this alliance states that all have been attacked. Article 5 of the NATO charter states something like “an attack on one is an attack on all…”, so if one is attacked, all members of the alliance respond and defend however needed. Militarily. Article 5 has only been invoked once on 9/11 to defend the United States. That’s why all of the member states were there in Iraq and Afghanistan with all of their most powerful and deadly weapons. For us.
Russia knows this. This is why he wants to see NATO degraded and destroyed. The US leaving NATO would make it more likely that Russia could invade any of the countries he’s threatened, which would pull other countries into a war. The US is Putin’s main deterrent. 45 has said while in office and after that he doesn’t care about NATO, but a malignant narcissist wouldn’t want formal alliances. I suspect he thought the reason why Putin wanted the US out was because the US is paying too much, while it really about being able to reconstitute the USSR.
So, NATO is the most important alliance with access to all of the highest and most secure intelligence from all members. Intel is shared in case of any impending attack - of any kind.
So, theoretically, the new head of NATO, (also the former president of the Netherlands), would meet with 45 about transitioning and mutual understandIng. Any number of topics could be raised.
Additionally, aside from 45, Roote met with Anthony Blinkin on 11/13, was at the G-20 on the 18th and 19th and then met with 45 on Friday the 22nd.
Rutte had no announced visits to DC or to meet with Biden, although some secure meetings were likely held. And, I gather Rutte will be in Canada for the NATO meeting there - one which 45 would not be at.
So, there are a lot of things these meetings could mean. We can only pray that there is enough intention from NATO members to do something huge.
