another point could be spermatogenesis starts at the age of puberty whereas oogenesis is initiated during embryonic development stage

3rd difference is wrong.. in oogenesis he said that.. primary oocyte divide and form secondary "spermatocytes"..no this is wrong ... primary oocyte divide and form secondary "oocyte ".. NOT SPERMATOCYTES
