The police did arrest the “so called victim” because she was drunk, misbehaving and was creating a ruckus. I saw d unreleased video too. Why didn’t she say anything about harassment or getting beaten by the police to the Magistrate before accepting to be locked up in jail !? Think. !! Then after getting released that day she comes & starts crying in front of media. WoW !!
It is not at all wise to make it a conflict between Police and Defence. Both the department have their own respect.Its a case between an undisciplined defence officer and failure of a particular police station to handle the case with care. Dancing with a girl freind in a bar till late night and drink and drive in the road doesn't seem disciplined on the part of a defence officer. No sign of modesty on the part of his lady friend till released from custody. Post custody drama is some thing diferent from the scene from the bar to the police station. The narative against the police IIC is unbelievable since there were also presence of other lady police officers from the biging to the end.. The circumstance under which the complainant were put in to custody and forwarded to court is subject to a fair enquiry , there is the need of analysing the mistake of employees of their own department by the respective higher authorities of both sides inorder repair the damage of their own dignity. Emotional support to any side will make hindrances to reveal the truth. Let the enquiry be very fair.
