    Ingredients:
    4 Amul Gold or any good quality milk
    Lemon juice
    Steps:
    1. Take 4 Amul Gold Milk pouches and boil it.
    2. Keep stirring occasionally to prevent it from burning at the bottom.
    3. Take a sieve on top of another utensil to catch the paneer when we drain it.
    4. Place a cotton cloth on top of the sieve.
    5. With the cloth prepared, add the lemon juice bit by bit in the boiling milk to curdle it stirring occasionally.
    6. Let the milk completely curdle and the paneer curds to separate completely from the whey.
    7. Pour the paneer and whey into the cotton cloth.
    8. Pour some cold water to cool the paneer. This also removes any sourness from the paneer.
    9. Tie a knot sealing the paneer into the cotton cloth and try to remove as much whey from it as you can.
    10. Place a heavy weight on the cloth and allow gravity to remove any excess moisture.
    11. Wait for about half an hour.
    12. After half an hour, the paneer will become a single block.
    13. Dice the block of paneer into soft paneer cubes.
    14. Don't discard the whey.
    15. Use it instead of water in curries and even while kneading any dough.
