And yes, it SHOULD be a tutorial because most of us would never think of this on our own. It doesn't matter that it's cheap and easy (well, yeah that matters. It's the best part!), what matters is that it's a UNIQUE use for inexpensive items.

Thanks Jay Tee! I could literally spend hours (and sometimes do) at home improvement stores looking at the most random things for the most random uses. Galvanized drywall corner bead happens to be my new obsession...of course not actually using for it drywall :)
