this is completely, utterly ridiculous, beyond what I can make up a description for for anyone interested, I just want to point out that there is a SNES game called Tetris Battle Gaiden where there are multiple characters with different powers and stuff. One of these is Wolfman's Slow; which does exactly that (forbids you from soft dropping + hard drop did not exist) for 4 pieces. It is considered perhaps the most broken power in the entire game because of how it generally leads to game over once Wolfman gets one going. to win against not one, but technically 98 people by doing this all the time is honestly baffling
just glitch the game so pieces don't spawn (you can't get garbage if you never drop pieces) and you're set. wait for the opponent to either inevitably give up or misdrop enough and easy win. it's like playing badminton against the wall, because your opponent physically cannot win

Huge canyons that can only be solved by an I-piece are almost entirely avoidable if you develop enough skill.

i'm not sure about it, but so far, i think french localization is the only one that has custom voice lines. maybe i'm wrong though, i haven't checked, but i'm pretty sure that i heard the english voice lines on a non-english/non-japanese localization.

Honestly this video is actually good for teaching noobs like me how to play better, because since you have so much time to react you do the best possible move on each turn, which can help us in knowing how to set up t-spins and stuff
